my building is floating

I have tried moving it as far left as possible and holding ctrl + pagedown in the lot editor and nothing happens. I can't think of anthing 

else to make it look good, any help would be appreciated.

When you built the building in the BAT, did you center your building at the origin? If not, center the building, refit the lods, and rerender. Then in the Lot editor, the gray building "footprint" will be aligned exactly where your actual model is and it should fit. (I had the same problem with my first Bat.)

To control the heights in the Lot Editor, us the arrow keys, with the ctrl, and the ctrl/shift [=10x]  

EDIT:  Anytime you preview your scene, the LOD's are automatically created.  If you move the scene after that, they need to be refitted.   Looking at the image, I am not sure how that happened.   The lot is in the game, isn't it?
