As for Minute Maid Park, temmu_om had mentioned there were some issues with it and had only uploaded a beta version. Due to his absence, there would be no way to support any questions regarding the item, so it will not be added to the STEX at this time.

out of all the maxis Buildings I think everyone would agree the baseball stadium is one of the best although it doesn't have much else then the park .....no parking or anything like gates....

I bet this one will be much better even if its just the stadium....The Mariners are a good team and I hope this looks just as reall as it can be....

woo! very nice! I've notice that there's been an explosion in the amount of BATs being made with MAX, maybe as Ive got max 7 I should start Batting again. Shame there's no BAT for MAX for MAX 8 though, anyway great work!
