    I downloaded this hospital https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=670 :

    and when i load up the map and place it the tower doesn't show, i see in the comments part the maker says you need buildingprop_vol1.dat but i have no idea where to download it from?

    simcity.com has bldgprop in vanilla and Rush Hour flavors. Better get it first before you get anything like that.
