How to bust I-HT caps

Please tell me how to bust I-HT caps

By placing buildings that come with a corresponding cap relief perhaps? The Advanced Research Center, for example, comes to mind.

Btw, are you sure you've hit a demand cap? I've never had a demand cap problem since I play SC4. Probably you've just saturated all HT demand and you simply need more qualified workforce in the area.

More education, higher taxes on dirty I and lower on I-HT.

major way to increase Industry cap is to complete frieght trips to the edge of the map (or seaport)...the more completed trips...the higher your cap....if your Industry can't complete frieght trips...your Ind cap will stagnat...

New Industry won't move in if they can't do this.

ps rail is the fastest and best way to move frieght...if the Industry building touches a rail line...it will board automaticly.... use frieght station if need be to shortene truck frieght times...careful of over used rail lines by passangers...as this may clog the rail lines and cut your chances of completeing a trip (this also applies to road access )

not 100% sure but I belive the computer picks random industry to try and complete a frieght trip every month (could try all, but I believe it's a % random chioce of any IND building every month, so you never know which one it uses)
