  • What are the exact effects of station ovwerusage (ie. +100% on rail/mono/sub station)

    is it just a longer commute or are there other effects.

    I also want to know how to sort this problem out. I have usage on one of my mono staions of 347% (serious)

    No. Fares are based on the distance that sims travel using mass-transit, not on station use. Basically, it's free to get on a bus or train, but you have to pay for every 16 meters (1 tile) you travel.

    I don't think station congestion has much affect until it reaches around 500%. After that, it seems to prevent more sims from getting on, so will lead to job losses or high commute times.
