Is it possible, to take the One-Way road, and copy the tool, then make it 4 lane? Like, i know it isn't possible to make a brand new network, but if you copy the original, then change the texture to 4 lane, (with puzzle pieces and bridges) so one could create a better, more realistic, higher capacitie highway. So in the ingame menu, you would see 2 one way icons, but they look different, if this is impossible, perhaps changing the ANT network to the 4 lane-one way road. Of course it wouldn't be complete with out puzzle pieces. I am just wondering if this is possible. If not, let me know so i won't persue this any more to the NAM request thread. Thanks a bunch

its not possible to copy networks (same problem as creating new network).

it's possible with the ANT tool, and such a project is already underway. drop by the Rural Highway thread. a 4-lane version is proposed and in the works.

isn't that Rural Highway going to be with the next version of NAM?

From what I understand the ANT is a transit networks programmed into Simcity 4, but it was never released.  The developers of the NAM have unlocked it and are experimenting with skinning it, resulting in the Rural Highway.

Qurlix is running the RHW mod, which is going into the next NAM.... He was saying that the plans for the 4-lane 2-tile wide RHW has been changed to 5 lanes and will not be completed by the next NAM but maybe the one after. It will be draggable so no puzzle pieces. Hope this helps.
