Very nice! But you could improve the textures on the glass and add more roof junk. I would love to have a Spar in my city

Thanks Superstar and jp walker, here is the model but with the roof junk and new tint on the windows!, I couldn't get the bricks straight on the cylinder and 3d Arch, but I prefer the Bricks Slanted, on different buildings there are different brick patterns!44.gif9.gifmymodel2.jpg

Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do next, after I have finished this B.A.T? 9.gif

Question to everyone: Should I carry on making small buildings or start creating Towers? 9.gif18.gif17.gif

I would say : just do what you want! Why would you waste time on a BAT you don't like??
Small buildings are faster to render.

EDIT : Oh, I forgot... Nice BAT by the way!

Looks good, I like the Spar branding but I really think the slanted bricks need straightening.  To do this, follow the steps below:

    1.  Click on the shape which has the slanted brick texture
    2.  Add a UVW Map modifier
    3.  Click the + next to UVW map and click on Gizmo.
    4.  Use the 'rotate' tool to rotate the UVW map until it's straight.

Oops, Accidently Double Posted, but at least I forgot to say one thing, thanks for your support, without it I probably won't continue with the Project. 9.gif

To make the Lot a Functional Landmark, I am using SimGoober's Tutorial in the Omnibus, which is very useful and helped me a lot!10.gif

I know, I said that I am going to sort out the roofing (as mentioned in my previous post)I will sort this out by adding another box that is not very tall as a Layer, it is still work in progress!, I know it does look a bit wacky at the moment!9.gif4.gif10.gif What I am doing is showing my work as it progresses! 44.gif

Keep up the good work on this. I really like the MFI adverts on the side of the building, I don't know if anybody as done that before. Also why can't you just change the roof texture without adding a new thin layer above?

I will try and do those changes, all it is, is just a matter of deleting the one behind, and changing the radius of the cylinders, I will do this before the final render, what I am doing now is experimenting, and also mention what else I could improve, some advice would be great.

I put that extra sign on the wall so when people walking through the blue arch can tell what shop it is.

Another Update: I have tested the Building in the game and works great (Ploppable with Jobs successfully works all thanks to SimGoober's Tutorial on making a functional landmark), Shame I can not see the night lights because the Maxis patch did not work, even though after several attempts, I tried everything, but that does not bother me and definitely did not stop me B.A.Ting buildings, I can see the night lights when I render anyway.
