Anybody want a Civic Construction Mod?

Anybody want to see a mod that can make civic ploppables actually seem like they're building? I've already got the necessary exemplars from SC_1.dat, so all I need to do is make the cop buildings, the schools (not the parks) constructable.

Do you think this would work?

I could use a mod like that.  I find that sort of thing would make the game more realistic.

All right - I've got a bit of a list going here that entails all the civic buildings that would be constructed:

All police stations (kiosk, small, large, deluxe)
All fire stations (small, large, landing strip)
All hospitals (small, large)
All schools (small elem., large elem., small hs, large hs, college, library)

Have I left anything out?  If so, please say something!

Power Plants? If you do make this I WILL use this, Its a good feature
