Rural Freeways

i'm curious as to whether it is possible to mod either the avenues or freeways into rural-style freeways, with two two-lane carriageways, with a grass median, instead of the two three-lane carriageways separated by a concrete divider, which is shipped with SimCity... I'd love to give my freeways the country look in areas far from development... My other question....can the freeway interchanges be modified to have parclo (partial cloverleaf) shapes, such as the ones in California and Ontario (their place of origin)? i'd love to have uniquely-shaped interchanges with country roads, even if they are simple diamond interchanges...
