Tunnel Slope Mod

Hello everybody..Today I downloaded this 'Tunnel Slope Mod' available at the STEX and that is in the index of Simtropolis page. Actually, I read what kt3 said about the mod, but I still don't understand what is now possible to do in the game. Well, I just want to know what does it change, if someone would be kind to explain me, I will be very gratefull ,thank's (and sorry for my bad english =[ ) 

Ah..one more thing...I got the NAM, but I can't make any roundabout like yours in my cities, why??(I read somewhere how to do it,but it didn't work...)

If I'm understanding your question right, the answer is that it constructs tunnels into smaller hills/mountains than before. Before if the hill didn't meet a certain gradient margin the highway just went up it, but now you can build highways in more places=convenient. I'm pretty positive this is what the mod did.

Apologies to Sotendonin for not answering earlier, but Ive only just noyiced this thread.

Just a small point though, sotendonin refers to my first mod which works ONLY for Roads Rail and Avenues, my second mod is the one for highways, they both basically do the same thing but the parameters are different to allow for the fact that the Highways are elevated and therefore need more height clearance.
