Wow, it choked me up.  I'm glad they included 07/07/05 of Great Britain in this page, along with links to the United 93 memorial (I haven't  seen that or any other adult movie yet this year to my regret).   Lee Greenwood's song has always gotten to me even before 9/11.

Touching.

Thanks subedei. I won't ever forget that day. I'm planning on visiting Ground Zero this summer.

Great link subedei. It kinda broke my heart listening to that girl who's talking to her dead father. That day changed the life of thousands of innocent people. Thinking back, it's a nightmare come true.

Very touching. I have been lucky enough to have visited ground zero to pay my respects. 9/11 has and is going to have a great influence on the 21st century, it is likely I am going to be telling my children about it in 30 years time.

Yes, history is very important.  This was not really a "current" event, but a matter of historical importance in the life of the United States especially, and a notice to the world that evil still exists.

Yeah, if you noticed, I ignored both of those post... However, I forgive you both.

Edit: I agree with you so much, NOB. I hope 9/11 never occurs again in any other country from this point on.

I feel for the people who lost their lives and family members. And it makes me mad to think that it could have been prevented. The CIA had intelligence suggesting that Al-Qaeda was planning an attack by way of plane.

Nice. I haven't yet had the chance to visit Ground Zero, but I might someday.
