Jack and Bill were taking a stroll along the beach.
Bill had the usual smile, an arogant, almost evil smile it seemed. Jack was just looking the usual.

I'll be leaving tomorrow to show the plans to the government in Vita. Anything you want me to pick you up while I'm up there. Hah! Bill laughed.

Where are you going to be getting the money to fund this project anyways. You've kind of been shying away from the main problem with this plan...

The government will provide infrastructure for the place if they believe it will be successful, which it will. That's roads, plumbing, power, civic buildings, and quite possibly the landing strip which will need to be done.

I thought you wanted an airport

Eventually we'll need one. As for our resorts, well, I have some friends on the mainland I'll be visiting. One of them owns an oil rig out in the ocean.

    Orwich??! You know him personally?

Yeah... Anyways, I'm sure we can get some loans from the bank as well. Especially after we get this place rolling! I'll be visiting a few people, they might be interested in putting up their own hotels on the island.

I still don't want this place TOO commercialized. It doesn't deserve to be wrecked by th-

Quit bringing that up, I said I'd limit the city growth to only the lagoon and surrounding area.

    The most beautiful place-

Exactly, thats where people will want to be!

They approached one of the small seaside villages places sporadically on the coast. This one was one of the first, and was the most finished looking. It was astounding to see what the workers had built in a matter of weeks. All the training and experience from the past sight on the mainland had made them very skilled, not to mention they had the aid of machinery and small construction equipment this time.

    72313ik.jpg

How long will you be gone for Bill?

I'm thinking about a month, keep the place in good shape.

    Yeah, goodbye.

    Adious amigo!

Wow!.... just... wow! good story, incredible photography! It's truly outstanding! When I look at this, I feel like a poor amateur 8.gif I really wonder, how do you create this mirroring in the water? Your pictures look just like little paintings! Keep it up, I can't wait for more! 44.gif44.gif44.gif

Utora, the reflections are done simply by using the clone brush and a ripple effect filter on the water.

    Space Probe Aurora Findings

The space probe aurora, has made its way through some of the Nuevo System on its mission to leave the system in search of other systems. It has relayed back many images so far, 3 of which were released today on TV and in the newspaper, giving Hermonians a look at the Solar System in which they live in.

Aurora launched from Hermoso, took a beautiful shot of the planet. Hermoso looks to be made up of at least 70% water, from an estimate of the pictures taken so far, but scientists are sure the number could rise to an even higher number in the 80's. However the true discovery was that Hermoso's moon, Soros, actually looks to be inhabitable. Further tests will need to be done.

Moving on through, the Satelite passed 2 more planets in the system. It is expected that if the probe is lucky, it may get shots of 1 or 2 more planets still orbiting Urrutia, our star. If not, the second probe, a smaller one, is going to be designed specifically for missions in our solar system.

Here are the pictures released in the news, along with small ammounts of information on them.

A map showing the route of Aurora is planned to be released later this evening.

    Nuevo System Map

This map was just shown tonight on TV. It shows a partially completed map of the system, and the path that Aurora is taking.

Also in space news, the Plaenos Telescope is nearing completion, which should bring more news on the rest of the Nuevo System along with more pictures. An Army of probes are also under construction, to be sent to some of the planets and to explore the rest of our system. First probe trips are expected to be on Soros, our moon, and  quite possibly another planet.

Finally, a number of companies will be sending satelites into orbit soon, so expect to see much easier communication, and more pictures of what our planet looks like.

    Initial Business : Part 1

Bill brought his boat towards Emporia, the skyline glistening into the water, and the towers piercing into the sky. Emporia is the business hub of Hermoso. Offices dominate the skyline, while the coast belongs to the busiest port on Hermoso. It houses 2 fishing / recreation boat launch docks, the Navy, and of course the seaports for transporting goods across Hermoso. Land is so valuable and sparse in Emporia, that its airport needed to built on a partially man made island.

    72515is.jpg

He pulled it into the east docks. He had a group of people to meet. Probably had something to do with the island.

    72527xa.jpg

A few hours later he was back on the boat and continued cautiously through the busy harbour. to his right he passed the Naval Port and then the seaport. Glancing to the left, he could see Airplanes taking off, it was the airport. He continued through the harbour, driving his boat into the west docks, where he would take a taxi to the Airport.

Take a look through some of the pages, there's some really nice stuff in there. I just recently got around to downloading some of it, and it looks wonderful in game.

Thank you for your comments everyone, I will be posting part 2 when I get home from work today.
