HELP NEEDED!! DISAPPEARING STUFF!

How come sometimes when I move around in my cities, the cars disappear all funny. But when I stay still they reappear, but when I move, the cars, and sometimes buildings just go away?! Does anyone know how I can fix this? If so tell me please!

in short, this has to do with the way the game uses backing store to process the graphics and in most cases all you can do is live with it, you can read about this here at ea.com

please be aware if you follow their solution your scroll rate will drop drastically, even if back storing is supported by your video card.

I think this is just an issue with a slow computer. Your computer may not have enough processing ability to load the buildings continuously. Try adding more RAM or getting a new computer. If you can't, you have to live with it.
