Hi everyone. I have a question boiling in my brain (i think i have one.), many players have trouble getting high-tech industries because of dirt industrial pollution. So i thought of asking if it is possible to create a mod with a high-tech only zone, and perhaps a $$$ low density residential only zone for those of us who like to have a neighbourhood filled with rich houses.

Nope. Impossible.

Fortunately, high-tech industry is really easy to get. As soom as there's demand, make a new industrial zone in a clean environment away from traffic, provide good police and fire coverage, cover the entire areas with as many trees as possible, and wait. For the occasional I-D building that pops up, use the bulldozer.

As for high-wealth, low-density zones, just make sure you have sufficient R$$$ demand, then lay out 3x3, 3x4, 4x4 and similar low-density residential area in an attractive area (parks, low pollution, low traffic, good health/education/police/fire coverage) with good employment (for example those high-tech industrials) not too far away, and those mansions will come.
