I voted yes. I can't see any harm in creating a CL forum. Also, CL is honestly about as close to SC as you can get without totally ripping it off. If the CL forum isn't popular, it's fairly trivial to delete it. If it is popular, then there's more people here that can/will contribute to the site and hopefully donate some simoleans to offset the resources used here.
