Mod to change roadside tree?

    Man I've been looking for this forever, and I'm amazed not to have found it yet!  But a few years ago I know there was a mod out there that would change all the roadside palm trees (in the wealthy areas) to any tree of your choice.  Anyone know where I can find that?

    I believe you are looking for my No Palms Mod I made a while back: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=10961. The mod has only two choices for the palm tree props, pines or leafy trees. The mod also has several choices for the trees alongside the roadways: noble firs, maple trees, oak trees, or blue spruces. The mod is divided among two folders and there is a readme in each of the two folders.
