Are the textures final, though? I'm asking mostly because of the roof texture.

Whoa, that roof should be challenging!

 

Oh, and as for Warteg Shinta, did you replace the corrugated metal roof with shingles for a particular reason? I'm asking because I think it could look good with a metal roof. The way it looks now, it could also be a family home rather than a small store.

It's been one year since I've last touched this thread and I'm sorry to say that I probably won't be making BATs anytime soon; my computer overheats too often while both playing SC4 or rendering BATs

But I still make models, untextured and unfinished ones;

it would be great if someone was willing to continue this. Floor height of 4.5m and a 16m width, this is a W2W, it's also W2W towards the back as well. PM me if you want to continue this, I'll share it through my dropbox

No one was willing to continue it for me so I took it into my own matters

 

I don't know how nightlighting in BAT4MAX works though, although there is a tutorial. I haven't downloaded any night textures yet, but I may finish this up if there's enough demand for this type of house.

Nice to know you will continue your works I didn't make me available because I have a lot of models to finish yet.
