  1. I'm looking to get back into playing SimCity 4. Just looking for advice on what windows version is compatible for SC4 on steam. I've seen that windows 11 causes issues. Is windows 10 best to use? Also any recommendations on what size laptop memory would be best for performance? Thanks!
