  1. Hello RogMoz I just joined this community today, after seeing your post asking for some help installing SimCity 2013. I'm a few months late from your posted date, but maybe your issue can help me satisfy my curiosity and concern. And I can see no one else replied to your message since. I'm curious whether the issue you were having worked out for you and if so what did you do to resolve it? If not, how much further problem solving did you do after you posted this message? As for me, I want to purchase SimCity 2013 CD and install on Win 10. I'm on the fence with this decision because I don't yet know for sure that it will install and run on Windows 10. Do you know if that's possible, given Win 10 doesn't allow older games to install/play because some sort of old CD copyright driver no longer exists in Win 10? For example this issue took place with SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition. I purchased it, installed it, entered key code, and it failed to run. After so many wasted hours I learned about the missing copyright driver in Win 10. I would need Win XP or Win 7 to successfully install & play. So to remove that hurdle, I waited and purchased the Steam version of SC4 DE few days ago when it went on sale. That solved my problem right away. But I had to wait awhile and got a great price. I paid nearly $20 for SC4 CD version vs $2 for Steam version. If you have such experience that may be of help to me, kindly share so that I can enjoy this fun sim too! And I know there's the option of signing up on EA/Origin website directly to purchase the SC 2013 for $20. The price is way inflated and I want to avoid that option at this point if there's an effective alternative option. I hope you will read & respond as I could use some answers.
