Uninstall them and reinstall the UPDATED version if you own it. However, the damage is done, and you will have to reinstall SC4. Not sure if Newman is the cause of the problem - wasn't for me anyway. I've had the same issue but didn't have this Newman Inc. file. I reset my 'city detail' to high as suggested above, closed the game & started again and the problem was solved
