Hi everyone, I am amateur gamer and big fan of SimCity or any city building game. Been playing lot of CSL but always found myself missing the good old SimCity and its game play. I know we all want the bigger size of map/tiles/plots in SimCity and it is its biggest let down to the community. Having to relook at the latest mod for SimCity again and again, saw all the limitation or bugs that were relating to making the tile bigger. I couldn't help but wonder what if there is a mod to make more tiles available to build rather than making it bigger, much like how the mod to unlock more tiles in Cities Skylines (25 tiles or 81 tiles Mod). I am no modder or anything and have no knowledge or what so ever in modding at all but I am just curious if anyone/mod warriors have thought about that or had an attempt? If this can be done and the logic is sound, all the glitching, zoning, info relating to resources, weath, water, etc would be all still ok as it is always in the same size as the base game but we only play or access 1 tile at a time. Each small tile can still be connected to each one doing all the trading and stuff like how it is done in SC4. How great would it be? I hope I am not the only one dreaming about this. Hopefully there will be some God level modder taking up on this idea if this has not been done and attempted before.
