    Tried this method. I make the changes and save the TSCT, but nothing happens when I click save. Save as, same issue. Nothing happens. Try to exit, and am prompted, "Save this simulator before exiting." Click yes. Still nothing happens.

  4. Hey guys! Need some help with my Traffic Simulator. When I go to change the settings to Medium-High and Ultra, I can't save. I have a GoG version of SimCity4. The NAM(version 36) runs as normal. No issues there. The TSCT also opens and runs as normal. A box pops up saying, "Loaded values from Simulator file" -- NetworkAddonMod_Traffic_Plugin_Z_Medium.dat I click OK and proceed to change the settings to Med-High and Ultra. I go to save, but an error message appears -- Error deleting file(s). SimCity4 is probably runninig. It's not. I've looked through the task manager -- SimCity and no associated programs (GoG) are open. I'm running Windows10, 64bit. I've tries some of the other fixes, like manually deleting the Z_Medium.dat file and then saving, but still no save. I'm a little less inclined to mess with admin functions (the fixes I've seen for that have been in Windows Vista and 7). Any other ideas? PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance!
