Hi. I'd like to know if someone happens to have the license file for SimCityPak or knows how to contact oppie. I want to work on the modding tool, but since Codeplex is only an archive now I can only download the source code and there is no way to upload my changes. So I created a new public repository on GitHub for me and anyone else that wants to improve the tool. The issue is that the license file for SimCityPak is nowhere to be found on Codeplex, and that puts me in a weird place, since I neither own the software or have permission to modify or distribute it. So again, if anyone knows how to contact oppie or someone that worked on SimCityPak has the original license file, please message me, as that would help me a lot. Thanks in advance.

I can't believe what a facepalm moment this is. The license file was inside the zip file on Codeplex. I just noticed it after trying to find it for a week. If I had just looked into the whole archive instead of just the source code... Simtropolis Community, enjoy this facepalm moment. I'm glad I got what I needed at least.

It seems indeed that the project is of an open nature, although as I said, I can't find the license file anywhere and will wait to see if someone can help me locate it. I will keep trying to work on the project and make my changes public here. I'm new to C# and .NET, so this can help me improve my skills. Thank you very much for your help and for replying so quickly.
