So the mods are working now thanks for the help

wait i figured it out. Sorry Im not good with computers at all lol

I try to unzip them and they say my trial is over on Winzip

this is what it looks like in my plugins folder

So I went to "This PC", "Documents", "SimCity 4", and then " Plugins" and through in the mods and when I went to go play the game the mods weren't present in the game

I just wanted know what some people's personal preferences were, when it came to city building, specifically how your city layout is like. Is placing residential zones near industrial zones good? I lay my industry a ways back from the residential areas as to not attract to much pollution. I just dont like how the smog clouds my cities.

Thanks for the help, I don't get the " No Job" icon I only evicted about 11,000 Sims but they are coming back slowly

I dezoned the spots with the No job icon

Ive evicted about 7000 Sims and nothing has changed

Okay In my documents folder SimCity 4 finally popped up and i copied the mods and other stuff into the plugins folder. So is that it and the mods should work?

Some of the residential buildings I've built are appearing as the "no job" icon and I was wondering how to fix it. Taking the hints from other abandoned buildings I built more bus stops, subway connections, and highways to hopefully help the Sims get to their job quicker and I've even built newly demanded commercial zones near their homes but they still render, the "No Job" Icon. Does anyone have an Idea of how to fix this?

In my Documents I don't have SimCity 4 in there
