Hello i have just started playing cities skylines and i've really been liking the game . Anyway this is my problem: I tried to install mods ( not through steam) , i tried to put it in the appdata folder and also in the game itself . I have tried creating sub folders and taking only parts . The mod im trying to install is Traffic Manager Prestident - looks like a really good mod. Help would really be appreciated.Thanks
