Hello everyone. I've been looking for a mod that allows you to restrict the wealth and types of buildings in the areas you zone in the game. For example: a high-density industry zone in which only High-Tech companies are allowed to build, or a commercial zone that only allows offices to be built in it. Could any of you direct me to a mod like this? Thank you!
