Based on the original plant by Sim151, this gives the same effect in a more compact 2x2 lot. Also blends in more with your HT industrial zones.

A set of 4 lots, 2x1, 3x1, 4x1, and 5x1 based on the empty grass lot, with a line of trees in the centre. Nice for lining borders between zones or plugging holes with natural landscapes. Same costs as small grass lot with air cleaning effect of medium park. The trees are a prop family so they change with every plop! (Yes, 5x1 costs the same as 2x1, I was making this more for appearances sake.) - Version 1.1 added cost per month to description on menu. - Version 1.2 adds 4x1 line to pack and places all lines in order at bottom of parks menu
