OK, I'm not sure how to do this type stuff so I figured I'd ask here. Would it be possible to do something that would give of simulate the right of way for emergency services? I ask because I've had several building burn down because the were stuck behind traffic (I've had a building right across the street for the fire station burn down because the fire truck was stuck in traffic).

I've downloaded some content and installed it to SC2013. however after installing any custom content, lets say I plop down a clinic. If I go to put a sign out, the sign is plopped but there is no writing visable. Before I started adding custom content signs weren't blank like that, that's what all signs look like now. Any ideas?
