  1. How do I recover an account?

    I know I posted this in the new members section, but it's been more than a week and I still haven't been able to recover my old FreezyPop account. Where is the recovery option on the site now? Also, whenever I enter my old account info, the site tells me it doesn't exist! I tried both my original account name and the nickname I used at the time of the upgrade.

    I had to sign in using Facebook because my old FreezyPop account does not seem to be on file anymore. Can an admin check this out for me so I can hopefully use my old account again?
