  Hey,   I had the same problem. When I try to place it on a regular road, it said object blocked. I bulldozed a section of the road and replaced it, then it seemed to work for all the roads citywide, even the ones I did not bulldoze.   I'm guessing it either has to do with the original road was created b4 I install the mod or perhaps the bus stops etc... Either way, hope this works for you.    GL!
