I have just gotten this game and would really like to play in an active region. I played every SimCity game (except Societies) including Social on Facebook (and was active throughout) as well as CitiesXL from release until they closed the servers (heartbreaking). Give me a shout and add me if you need a player for you region. I have the expansion and all add-ons I could find including Amusement Park Set and Airships.
I use Mumble or Skype for communication and am happy to chat.
