    me too. I used a test region and all agents passed. I think the power and water are not supposed to but it should block off regular traffic

  4. Hey guys. I have a private solo region with 3 cities. One is just Residential and Commercial while my others are a mix. It says in my RC (Residential-Commercial) city that I have about 10k unemployed workers and in my other cities I have plenty of available jobs for them to fill but they are all complaining of no work. I made sure they are connected by road and two of them are even connected by rail. Any way to fix this?
