  1. I think I am totally wrong!

Can't see whats wrong except maybe shortage of jobs. My cities usually have opposite problem, too much of a population boom for me to create jobs for them, also strains the education system alot
  2. Just curious of how I could keep the citizens of a certain city to keep working the dirty/manufacturing and low-income commerce? My cities usually end up filled with highly educated citizens who i dont think work in that type of industry
  3. Was just curious because I have a city filled to the brim with medium/high wealth citizens, seperated by a river and most jobs are down river. Would use water taxi but dont medium/high wealth hate not using their cars?
  4. I think I am totally wrong!

Considered zoning more industry? or perhaps outsourcing all the dirty industry to a ajacent city connected with a couple avenues or highways. That way you can cram all the dirtiest/undesirable stuff you can fit in that city without affecting your residential areas. Also provides a substantial amount of jobs
  5. I looked around the ST exchange all i could find was water taxi but i thinhk that is foot traffic, im looking for car traffic. Couldnt find anything. Does anyone know of a custom building similar to a ferry that doesnt have a limit? Thanks
  6. Whats your highest residents avg income?

Well the city is a tax haven for medium/high-wealth. Quite populous though
  7. Just curious of how well off my sim are at the moment. My main city has a Average Income of 300,000 Whats yours?
  8. Hi, I recently started making a small town primarily for the high/medium-wealth residents, naturally my commerce and high-tech boomed. Shortly after I noticed a random industrial zone in my residential, at first thought I added it earlier. Then after developing more i looked back and it took over around 20 lots of my residential on its own and turned it into high-tech lots Granted its a good thing but still wondering why or how it did this?
