So I have a successful city and my city isnt highly populated (120k approx) however it does have lots of manufacturing so I decided to go for Nuclear as it outputs the most power. I occasionally get power outages however which affects hospitals, police stations, even though I am breaking the bank and have more than enough excess power. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, is there any solution?

I agree - will try this guide and see how I do! Sometimes video's while helpful are too long to watch when all you want to do is play and not have to go to a specific point in a video to see what to do next.
