  1. For pic: Don't run the tool inside the SimCity folder. Go into the locale folder and delete all other locales than original (ru-ru) then this message will disappear. I do not understand, please make a guide with pictures.
  2. Hi,i am Russian, i have English version,after use your tool : I need Russian lang,please help.
