I'm new to modding and not sure how to install this. Do I just take the .rar file and place it in the path stated? Any help would be appreciated.

I sent some requests...If someone started up a region, I'd like an invite.

Ok...I went ahead and set up a private region on NA East 1 server. The region is called Southview. Add me on origin and I'll send out invites. I'll make sure to keep the chat box open when I'm in the game. I used Reflection Atoll because it's the biggest map where all cities are connected by road and rail (right?). You can have two cities if you want and one person will have just 1 or we can get 7 mayors. We'll see what happens. It would be nice to have a region with decent players that want to stick around.
