hi,all i am from Taiwan so my english is no good hope you can know what i am saying i really like SC2013 and now i really want to make some mod i want to replace the content of Expo Center into taiwan talk show is it possible to replace the picture of show and sound fx? i want also replace the sound fx of ruffian car into blood diamond RUF african rap another question is i use SimCityPak try to convet the sound fx into .wav but it can not be played is it because of wip? at last thanks for the cool tool.
