The disease research center max capacity was reached when the population of my city reached 2.4 Million. I am projecting for 3.4 Million when I am finished growing my city. At the current rate, I will probably have 80,000 patients when the city reaches 3.4M. Is there a solution to increase the capacity of the DRC?,

My city population hit 2.4M. The number of patients for the DRC has gone above the max capacity. I am going for 3.4M population. At this rate, the DRC will probably stop functioning at that population. Is there a way to build a second DRC?

I have a concern with this building. Background: I believe I have 5 of these located in a government center in one corner of the map. When the city hit 2M sims, the patient number went over capacity. When I built another University Clinic, something weird happened to the number of patients per building -- the number of patients increased with every additional UC I built instead of spreading the number of patients evenly between UCs. Question: Is this a bug in the program? I am fine with the 27,000 capacity. But I am now considering downloading another hospital for the needs of my city. I am aiming for 3.8M sims, however, I dont know how the health problem will be affected. I noticed that the maxis hospital I still place in residential areas are practically empty while the UCs are over capacity.
