  2. So, I have two raw ore extractors in my city. My two trade depots both are full of ore, and I've told them to export. Adjacent, I have a city ABSOLUTELY STARVING for ore. Once every few days, I'll get a SINGLE truck of ore. This is really frustrating, and I can't figure out why it's doing this. No other city in the region is importing ore.
