Hi guys. First time poster here. I love all of the great work you guys did. After royally messing up my first attempt at a region, my second attempt faired much better. I'm a NYC native, so I tried to build what I know best, and my main electronics city sort of sprawled into a mini Midtown Manhattan. I would love to get more high wealth commercial, but I'm having trouble maintaining high wealth. Still a work in progress.
