SEtting up new region in europe west 6 server...feel free to join and play along..i plan to build a drilling/mining city

Ive recently tried to get a casiono section set up in my city but i can never make enough profit/money to get more. I have tourists visiting my city everyday but still no good Heeeelp!! i have a population about 82k at the moment

i havent come across an answer to this either im afraid...last time this happened to me i deleated the region and started again! (bit drastic i know!!) you just have to hope that the next region you start up brings in people who play nearly every day!.
