That is the version I'm running (1.1.638.0) Also, Magneto, I didn't even think of that. I checked the settings, and none of the graphics settings were even marked. I changed them all to high, and it fixed everything. Thank you for your help!

Hello, I'm new here! Sorry if this is a common problem or topic, but I was wondering about environmental pieces, such as small parks, plazas, and skate parks. I was wondering if, in the vanilla game, the textures for those are missing? If so, is there a place on the site where I can download them? When I place them in my cities, they show up as merely grass patches, and it's a pain to keep guessing as to where I can place other things around them. If this is a normal thing, is there any way to substitute textures for them, or make them look like they do in the pictures for them on the toolbar? Also, I'm running XP SP3 if this is a conflict of some sort with my OS. Any help would be much appreciated! Cheers xx
