Does it have to be a trade boat? or does the fairy count? I have a fairy and so does the other city on the otherside of my region and I can not send simoleons to him. I have 28 million... he has 30k lol I wanted to help him out.

My demand is 264k/gal, The pump has been in the same place (an island) for over 4 game years. The water map is showing significantly less water around the pump but still dark blue under the pump. I only have 55,000 residents.

I read somewhere that a city can only sell 33% of its extra resources to another city. So if city 1 has 100 gallons of water excess it can only sell you 33.33 gallons. I have never seen a city run dry of water tho. I don't get why there isnt a water pump you can put on the water. It doesn't state if that water is salt water or fresh!

yeah I agree, they have a lot of work to do in my opinion. I have a city right now running on its own with 55k residents bringing in a monthly income of $875,000 with 18 million in cash. This is not in sandbox mode either.

well none of the patches mentioned anything about it. I think i remember reading somewhere that you should be able to trade goods in the trade depot with others in your region but that has been removed for right now. Maybe that will then allow it?

I wish I did look that over. My friend started the region. However I noticed one city has a highway connected to my 4 cities and a railway connected to another set. I am going to see if there is a way to kind of "merge" the connection. I am also wondering if trade ports with ships will help. The same water is connecting majority of the cities.

Who dislikes the way the regions are? I just found out in my new large region not all cities are connected WHAT IS THE POINT OF A REGION IF THE CITIES ARE NOT CONNECTED?

I just started a large region with a friend of mine. I built my city away from his and we just found out we cant share or sell anything to each other! What is the point of having a large region?
