Transfer some funds from your first city and demolish everything in your second city and just start over again. I have heard that the transfer funds feature can be a little bit buggy at times, however.

Hello. I am wondering if there are degrees of high density. Most of my city now is high wealth and high density. When I look at the "density meter" of individual buildings, the meter is just at the beginning of high density. Does this mean it can get even denser high density?
