    Vista by it self can't open a rar, but a free program called alzip can extact rar but not compress files into rar's. Btw: Toxicpiano that is very true.

  12. My old specs: Compaq Presario S3002 Windows Xp Home Edition, AMD 2000+ 1.67GHz, 512MB RAM, 60GB hard drive,32MB S3 ProSavage DDR. Oh boy Sc4 lagges so badly, but rarely crashes. New specs: Dell Xps 410 Windows Vista™ Home Premium,Intel Duo core e6300 1.86GHz, 2GB ram, 250GB hard drive, 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE. Sc4 works great now, but crashes, when I don't set the Affinty.

    DSL is fast when compared to dial up, but can be slow compared to cable. I have faster then DSL. I have a downloading speed 6MegaBits pre second( 821.3 kB) and the uploading speed is .47MegaBits(60.5 kB) pre second.

    I had the same problem a little bit ago. Edit: Exception code: 0xC0000005 (-1073741819) ACCESS_VIOLATION.
