  1. I have been worrying about finite resources for a while now and the latest city blog has certainly added to it. While I would agree that finite resources makes perfect sense in terms of the simulation, it can't possibly work in a game like this. After all in the real world an oil or mining town will be producing material for decades even centuries before it becomes economically impossible to keep going Anyway to my question, I have yet to see an answer on this, does anyone know how many hours of gameplay before a typical finite resource Is depleted?
  2. About city services

    I have to admit, the first time i realized that the traffic had stopped my fire trucks from getting to the fire i was completely bowled over, i have always just been so used to them just appearing. Which is one of the positives for the new road system although i am curious how services from other tiles will actually work. in one city run i tried my hand at gambling and the roads into my town were completely blocked, makes me wonder if in like real life the cars will get out of the way for the emergency services
  3. Perhaps I have missed something completely, but surely all parks are connected to roads in someway. Sure some may be in the middle of know where and have no resemblance of a road near it but the entrance or perimeter will do. And this can be achieved with the new Sim City. Perhaps I have been lucky to see this but you can upgrade parks with additional park plopables. I connected loads of them together so only the entrance park was connected to the road
