    Sorry I figured out what was wrong, I had everything placed right as in the files but I was starting a new game and some mods weren't working until I saved a game exited and resumed and now they all work...wish I knew that lastnight lol

    Can't get it to work, where can I find   2: Make Sure have SimCity_Scripts Highest Number , with SimCityDLCEP1_Scrips Highest Number
