Thank you very much, problem is that I've install that plugins long time ago then I format my pc etc. Im afraid that there is non files left of the plugins and I don't remember which plugins I used:/. Anyway Thank YOu for reply, I'll try to do something with it .

Hi ALL, I have a problem with one of my city in SimCity 4. I've installed some plugins into the game, then I removed them all. Now some of the graphic in game are disappeared, they are not looking as geniune. i have reinstalled game, trying almost everything I guess, MANY Thanks for any solutions, ideas, see pictures attached (AIRPORT, PARKS etc.)
