    I needed some more snow since I am from Buffalo. So I made some textures and a ice pond overlay texture. 4X4 Based of the Large Park, a little more to plop cost, only $15 a month. Also park effect is a bit greater. These textures took me days so be kind. p.s. I have no issues with people putting the new textures to use. To install just add both files to your plugins folder

    If you wanted an only snow lot, you can use the lot editor and the snow textures should be in there. The lake is an overlay so you don't have to use the lake or anyhting.

    Great! I was thinking of making the Malibu Club myself from GTA (make money, but get crime etc). I love anything GTA. Looks pretty good like the mansion too.

    Great idea. I have used them in my cities already. This idea tied with some wind power would be fun too.
