    I agree the particular one in the screenshot is a little "colourful". There are 5 other cloud textures in the zip, some quite washed-out blues, some fluffy white. Plus its really easy to make yourself, thats the only reason i made these, nothing better to stare at than clouds.

    Idea taken from SimCity 2000 on the SEGA Saturn. I could probably have found the original clouds from my SS CD but i was too lazy so i just plucked some clouds from google. I found the same clouds on lots of different sites so i dont know who made them, sorry to those people. Extract the folders to your ...\SimCity 4\Plugins folder then replace the original with the ones you want.
